In 1989, we established CAC America based in New York City and, in 1990, CAC Europe based in London, England as wholly owned subsidiaries. We have expanded to China by setting up CAC Shanghai in 2000 and acquiring GoldenTech Computer Technology in 2002, therefore providing our services worldwide through global systems integration and support centered in Asia, North America, and Europe.
