Our mission is to help create global IT solutions for our multinational corporate clients.

This enables our clients to have their long-term mission-critical applications activities completed and leverage operational costs at the same time.

CAC has always done research and testing of advanced information technologies. Our thrust is to constantly stay a step ahead of global and de facto standards. The spread of the Internet has torn down borders between countries in the information systems business. CAC has already expanded our area of activities to overseas markets. In 1989, we established CAC America based in New York City and, in 1990, CAC Europe based in London, England as wholly owned subsidiaries. We have expanded to China by setting up CAC Shanghai in 2000 and acquiring GoldenTech Computer Technology in 2002, therefore providing our services worldwide through global systems integration and support centered in Asia, North America, and Europe.
