CMM Level 3CAC Shanghai has undergone an assessment against the Capability Maturity Model for Software (SW-CMM) and has been rated by the European Software Institute at CMM Level 3. Annual Report
"In 2003, the CAC Group achieved record sales, increasing by 29.6% year on year to US$452 Million. Driving sales sharply higher in 2003 were new orders from the pharmaceuticals and food sectors, key areas of expertise, and larger sales contributions from consolidated subsidiaries. These increases were partly offset by a weak showing in the financial services sector, and the loss of opportunities to win orders due to several unprofitable project proposals.
Bin Cheng
"Despite the bleak market activities in 2003, CAC Shanghai has realized an increase of 50% in revenues. This for us is considered a significant achievement especially when a lot of the other offshore software providers have had negative growth. Up until recently, China and especially Shanghai was an unexplored market for Offshore Software Development. CAC is reaching out to many IT and business decision makers globally in order to change that." - Bin Cheng, President & CEO
